To supply a venue for people to make beautiful, hand-made pottery in a relaxed, fun and safe learning environment.
To teach proper techniques, composition, color and form through project based classes.
To take people to a new level of skill and a new level of satisfaction in their work and lives.
To expand knowledge and experience in the world of clay by offering guest teachers and workshops.
To provide the general public with a true pottery gallery of Georgia clay artists and potters and offer local artists a chance to sell to people who love pottery.
To contribute to the local clay community by offering fresh ideas about clay creativity and offering a fun opportunity to learn new skills.
To help build better life skills that include self confidence, listening, goal setting, concentration and respect for self and others.
To empower our students with the knowledge that practice, persistence, patience and exposure to good teaching can ensure they reach their potential.
To teach our studio assistant staff to run a smoothly operating studio and be able to translate those skills into running their own studio, if desired.
